Para hacer correctamente esta tarea, es esencial que seas capaz de aconsejar e interpretar. Puedes utilizar para ello todos tus conocimientos y habilidades, independientemente de que los hayas adquirido o no en esta unidad.

 

Además debes revisar los siguientes contenidos:

 

Tema 2: An Era of Change.

Sección 2.1. User's guide. Uso de los verbos modales "should" y "would" para aconsejar. Estructuras para pedir y dar instrucciones.

Tema 4: Current networks.

 

Sección 1.3. Professional networking. Cómo usar una red social para encontrar trabajo.

 

Sheetal, an Indian friend you met in your college year abroad in the US is now a student in Spain. She is expecting to stay longer, but for that she needs to work. She's alreay found a few small jobs but needs her legal situation to be settled, since she still has a student visa and requires a work permit in Spain. A law firm gave her these guidelines but she needs help with the information given. Write her an email responding hers and try to explain what she should now about the whole process.

The lawyers I went to see yesterday for a possible work permit in Spain with my student visa gave me this info from their site. It is so overwhelming... could you please summarize or explain it to me when you can?

Hi!

The employer have to request authorization from the Department of Foreign Affairs, attaching several documents: your passport, your professional qualification, employment contract, etc.

Once the authorization is approved, you have to ask the foreigner’s identity card at the same Department, attaching some documents: your passport, 3 photographs and your Social security number.
