AT A HOTEL -- PROBLEMS

        1.      Practice a dialogue between the receptionist and the guest
              -          There is a problem with the room (noisy building side, horrible views, no balcony, dirty towels, carpets, bed linen, etc., wifi, air conditioning doesn´t work, etc.)

Hello, reception. Sam Palmer speaking
Hello, this is room 113.
How I can help you?
The room is very noisy. Would be able to change to other room?
I’ll see what I can do. The hotel is full.

The towels of the bathroom are dirty.

There’s a problem with the air conditioning. It isn’t working, and it’s very hot in my room
